Inspired by the colorful fireworks night, our quilting artists immediately got to work. After the preliminary sketch, we worked with the material management team in the fabric warehouse to select the most satisfactory fabric samples. Next, we cut the fabric according to each technical component. This is certainly not a simple step, small pieces of fabric cannot be cut in bulk by machine, so we have to draw and cut a few pieces at a time... After cutting and arranging the fabric, the HQQuilt artists were able to return to their familiar sewing machine. Cleaning, sanitizing, oiling and changing threads are extremely important warm-up steps before proceeding to sew according to the drawing diagram.
Like F1 racers, there is nothing more joyful than sitting behind the wheel of your beloved car, starting to step on the gas and speeding away... HQQuilt's artisans with their sewing machines are the same, like a school of "fish in the flood season", like a painter seeing a pure white canvas and tubes of oil paint displayed around. Excitement and desire are the first emotions, but above all, concentration in mastery and worship. Worship of intangible values, worship of emotions, worship of art and worship of one's profession...
During the process; sometimes we stop and make a preliminary assessment to reduce errors during the process. Everything will be easier if small errors are detected and promptly corrected. Because it is still a long way to go to the finish line....at least 3 to 4 stages, including: flat ironing, quilting, back assembling and finishing. All are carefully polished to create the most perfect quilting product.
Among those stages, quilting is an inseparable stage of the art of quilting. HQQuilt's quilting products are applied with the "hand-made quilting by sewing machine" method. We think that is a wise choice. Hand-made quilting by sewing machine still ensures the soul, essence, and rustic, primitive features of the art of quilting. The finished product is not only durable, but also does not take as much time as hand-stitching. The above advantages are even more superior than the computerized blanching method which has a dry industrial appearance.

Avoid twisting, wringing, or pulling strongly.

Quilt products are usually made from non-stretch fabric. For Quilt fitted sheets on latex mattresses, please avoid stepping or jumping on them. Latex mattresses may sag locally at points of pressure, and jumping can create strong pulling forces that may damage the quilted seams of the sheet.

When cleaning any products, please pay special attention to the first contact with water (the first wash):

Do not soak; wash immediately.

Set the washing machine to a gentle cycle.

Quilts should be washed alone in cool water using a mild detergent.

When drying: ensure the dryer is set to moderate temperature or choose a cool, well-ventilated place to air-dry.

Direct sunlight over a long period can quickly fade the colors of your beloved Quilt and other Handmade products. Please take care to maintain their beauty and durability over time.
